Sending a Fax at a Specified Time
You can scan and store a document in advance, and send it by fax at the specified time.
A fax will not be sent if the main power of the machine is turned off at or before the specified time. It will be sent after the power is turned on. When using the weekly timer to manage the power of the machine, check that the specified time for sending the fax does not conflict with a time period specified with [Main Power Off]. You can confirm the weekly timer settings in the following setting items.

Check that the current time displayed on the screen is correct.
Specify the correct time if it is set incorrectly.
You can set the current time in the following setting items.

[Timer Settings] tab [Set Time]
Press [Fax] on the Home screen.
Place the original in the Auto Document Feeder (ADF) or on the exposure glass.
Press [Settings][Send Later].
Specify the time to send the fax.
You can specify the time up to 23 hours 58 minutes after the current time.
Configure the scan settings.
Sending a Fax at the Image Quality Suitable for the Original
After configuring the send settings, specify the destination on the fax screen, and send the fax.
Basic Procedure for Transmitting Faxes
You can change or cancel the specified time in [Job Status]
[Transmission Standby File].
