Paper Misfeed Message (Y1)

The paper misfeed message "(Y1)" appears when a paper misfeed occurs in the lower paper tray.

CAUTION

  • The inside of the machine could be very hot. Do not touch the parts with a label indicating the "hot surface." Otherwise, an injury might occur.

The procedure for removing jammed paper in the lower paper tray is the same for the tray 1. For details, see Paper Misfeed Message (A1).
