The print settings for a document stored in the printer can be changed using the Detailed Settings screen on the control panel. The following settings can be changed:
Input Tray
Specify the input tray to use for printing.
Color
Specify whether to print in color or black and white.
2 Sided
When printing on both sides, specify a binding method.
Combine
When combining multiple pages, specify the number of pages to combine, page order settings (top-left page will be the first page), and whether to print separation lines. After commands are used to store a document and PDF is specified as the printer language for the printer, this function can be used for printing.
Sort/Stack
When printing multiple sets, specify whether to print in batches or ordered sets.
Toner Saving
Reduces toner consumption when printing. If this setting is enabled, print quality may lower.
If [Restrict Direct Print Jobs] or [Store and Skip Errored Job] is used to store a document automatically, the print settings of the document cannot be changed in the Detailed Settings screen. For details about [Restrict Direct Print Jobs], see Preventing Documents from Being Left Unattended. For details about [Store and Skip Errored Job], see Storing documents whose printing has been canceled due to errors.
