Before You Begin
- Avoid getting toner on your clothes or skin when replacing toner filter. If your skin comes into contact with toner, wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and water.
- If toner gets on your clothing, wash with cold water. Hot water will set the toner into the fabric and may make removing the stain impossible.
What You Need
Hex screwdriver
Newspaper or other paper
Replacement Message
“Replacement Required:Filter (Main)”
Print the counter list.
Print out the counter list.
Turn the machine off.
Replaceable Parts

Dust filter (large)
Dust filter (small)
Replacing the Dust Filter (Large)
Remove the cover.

Remove the dust filter (large).

Install the new dust filter (large).
Reattach the cover.

Reset the counter for replaceable parts.
Do not turn the machine on until you have read how to do so.
Replacing the Dust Filter (Small)
Remove the cover.

Remove the dust filters (small).

Install the new dust filters (small).
Reattach the cover.

Reset the counter for replaceable parts.
Do not turn the machine on until you have read how to do so.
