Others (Scanner Settings)

Switch Title

Specify a title to classify the destinations in the address book so that you can find a destination more easily. Select from Title 1, Title 2 or Title 3.

Search Destination

Select the address book to search from the address book of the machine and the address book on the LDAP server.

Destination List Display Priority 1

(This setting item becomes valid only when using [Scanner (Classic)].)

Specify the type of destination list to display on the scanner screen.

Destination List Display Priority 2

Select whether to display an e-mail destination or folder destination when displaying the scanner screen.

Login User Address Priority

Select whether to specify the e-mail address of the logged-in user as the destination when user authentication is specified on the machine.

Program Setting for Destinations

Select whether to include the destination information in the address book when programing an entry.

External Authentication: Folder Path Overwrite Setting

Specify whether to overwrite the address book registered on the machine with the folder information of the logged in user registered on the LDAP server.

Print & Delete Scanner Records

Specify how to perform printing when the number of entries in the transmission history reaches the maximum number of 250.

Print Scanner Records

Select this to erase all transmission history after printing it.

Delete Scanner Records

Select this to erase all transmission history without printing it.

Delete Recent Destinations

Select this to erase all transmission history.

Scanner Records with no Privileges

(This setting item is invalid when using [Scanner (Classic)].)

Specify whether to display scanner jobs from users other than the logged in user with asterisks on Scanner Records.

Use WSD or DSM

(This setting item becomes valid only when using [Scanner (Classic)].)

Select whether to use the WSD or DSM function.

Use a Destination List that is not DSM

(This setting item becomes valid only when using [Scanner (Classic)].)

Select whether to use a destination list other than the that of DSM when using the DSM function.

Display WSD Destination List

(This setting item is valid only when using [Scanner (Classic)].)

Select whether to display the WSD destination list on the scanner screen.

Prohibit WSD Scan Command

Select whether to prohibit using the WSD scanner from the computer.
