General Settings (Fax Settings)
This section describes the settings in the [General Settings] menu under [Fax Settings].
Introduction of Two Types of Setting Screens (Standard/Classic)
Setting Items | Description |

Quick Operation Key (1-3) (This item is enabled only when the [Copier (Classic)] is used.) | Register a frequently used function to a Quick Operation Key. You can register up to three Quick Operation Keys.

Switch Title | Specify a title to classify the destinations in the address book so that you can find a destination more easily. Select from Title 1, Title 2 or Title 3.

Search Destination | Specify the target in which to search for a destination. You can select from the address book of the machine or the registered LDAP server.

Communication Page Count | You can view the total number of sent and received pages on the screen.

Adjust Sound Volume | Adjust the volume of the sound emitted from the speaker when pressing On Hook or while a transmission or reception is in progress.

Box Setting | Register, modify or delete the "Personal Box", "Information Box" and "Transfer Box" that use a SUB / SEP Code. Receiving Faxes to Personal Boxes Transferring Received Fax Documents to Another Fax Destination |
Box Setting: Print List | Select this to print the list of opened Personal Box, Information Box, and Transfer Box. |
On Hook Mode Release Time | Specify the time to wait after pressing [On Hook] before disconnecting the line. This setting is useful when a call to a fax information service made by on-hook dialing is disconnected prematurely.

Delete Recent Destinations | Select this to delete all destinations in Recent Destinations. |
Auto Print Fax Records | Specify whether to automatically print the Records.
