If the curl cannot be straightened even by connecting the decurler unit, do as follows.
<If custom paper is used>
Turn the sheets the other way up.
In [Advanced Settings] for the custom paper you are using, select 1321: [Correct Paper Curl], and then set [Correction Mode] to [U Curl Correction Level: Large] or [П Curl Correction Level: Large].
Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?

In the [Machine: Paper Feed/ Output] group on the [Adjustment Settings for Operators] menu, set of 0304: [Correct Output Paper Curl] to "Strong".
