Checking Print Volume per User

This procedure can be managed by any administrator.

1Log in as the administrator from the control panel.

2Press [System Settings].

3Press [Administrator Tools].

4Press [Down arrow key].

5Press [Display/Clear/Print Counter per User].

6Press [Down arrow key].

7Press [Print Volume Use Counter].

Print volume limits for and total print volumes by each user are displayed.

8After confirming the settings, log out.

Note

  • Authorized users and the user administrator can also use [Address Book] in Web Image Monitor to check print volume use counters for each user.
