Registering Entered Destinations to the Address Book

You can register manually entered destinations to the Address Book.

1Select [Scan to Email] or [Scan to Folder].

2Specify a destination manually.

3Press (Confirm Destination(s)).

4Select a destination to be registered in the Address Book.

5Press [Reg. to Add. Book].

When registering an e-mail address

  1. Press [Email Address].

  2. Edit the address as necessary.

  3. Press [OK].

  4. Press [Exit].

When registering a folder path

  1. Make sure that [SMB] is selected, and then press [OK].

6Press [Names], and then specify the name and other information to be registered.

7Press [OK].

Note

  • Depending on the security setting, [Reg. to Add. Book] may not appear. In such case, you cannot complete the registration.

  • You can also register a destination selected from the LDAP server. To register in the machine's address book a destination searched for and selected from the LDAP server, display the destination, and then press [Reg. to Add. Book].
