Press [], and then select [Program New Destination].
Specify the e-mail address or folder path to be registered.
Press [Exit].
Press [Names] and enter any necessary information.
Press [Exit].
Press [OK].
For details about registering destinations, see "E-mail Destination" and "Registering Folders", Connecting the Machine/System Settings.
Depending on the security settings, [Program New Destination] might not appear and you might not be able to register the destination.
Press [Connection Test].
When a message indicating that the connection has been successfully established appears, press [Exit].
If a message "Connection with PC has failed. Check the settings." appears, see "When You Cannot Send Scanned Files", Troubleshooting.
Press [OK].
To register multiple destination folders, repeat from Step 3.
Press [User Tools] ().
