You can specify an e-mail recipient or the destination folder by:
Pressing the corresponding destination key
Entering it manually
Specifying the registration number in the Address Book
Searching for it in the Address Book or LDAP servers (LDAP server search is only available when e-mail recipients are specified)
This section describes how to specify a destination by entering it manually, selecting it from the Address Book or searching in LDAP servers.
To specify destinations using the Address Book, you must register the destinations in the address book in advance. About the settings, see "E-mail Destination", "Registering Folders", and "Registering Names to a Group", Connecting the Machine/System Settings.
You can specify multiple destinations.
