Selecting the Sender by Searching the Machine's Address Book

Press [Send Settings].

Press [Sender].

Press [Search].

To search by user name, press [Search by Name].

To search by e-mail address, press [Search by Address].

To search by combining multiple conditions, press [Search with Multiple Conditions].

Enter the beginning of the sender's name you want to search for.

To search by e-mail address, enter the beginning of the address.

To search with multiple conditions, press the search condition, enter the keyword, and then select a search criteria.

Press [Search].

Destinations that match the search criteria are displayed.

Select the sender.

Press [OK].
