Network Config. Wizard
You can configure the Network and Direct Connection settings using a wizard.
Direct Connection
Specify the Wi-Fi Direct function.
Active/Inactive
You can specify whether or not to enable the Wi-Fi Direct function.
SSID
Enter up to 23 characters for the device name.
Connection Password
Enter 8 to 63 characters for the connection password.
IPv4 Address
You can check the printer's IPv4 network address for Wi-Fi Direct connection.
Connection Status
You can check the printer's direct connection status with other devices.
I/O Buffer
You can select the size of the I/O buffer. Normally it is not necessary to change this setting.
Default: [128 KB]
I/O Timeout
You can specify how many seconds the printer should wait before ending a print job. If printing operation is frequently interrupted by data from other ports, you can increase the timeout period.
Default: [15 seconds]
DIPRINT Timeout Period
You can specify how many seconds the printer should wait before ending a DIPRINT job.
Default: [15 seconds]
Locked Print TimeoutPeriod
You can specify the period of time the Locked Print documents are held in the memory of the machine when a memory overflow occurs.
You can store additional Locked Print documents by printing or deleting the stored documents during this period. When the timeout period elapses, the Locked Print job is canceled and deleted.
Default: [60 seconds]
