Press the [User Tools] key, and then select the setting items using the [

Select [Fax Features] 
Press [OK]
Select [Administrator Tools] Press [OK]
Select [Memory Lock] Press [OK]
Select [On] Press [OK]
To disable Memory Lock, select [Off] on Step 4.
