You can confirm the memory and manual transmission results with a Communication Result Report.
This report is printed each time a transmission is completed if turned on in [Parameter Setting] in [Administrator Tools] under [Fax Features] (switch 03, bit 0).
Even if automatic printing of the Communication Result Report is disabled, the machine prints a Communication Result Report when it fails to transmit a fax document. You can turn this feature on or off in [Parameter Setting] (switch 04, bit 1).
For details about [Parameter Setting], see Parameter Settings.
The Pg(s) column gives the total number of pages. The Page Not Sent column gives the number of pages that could not be sent successfully.
If two or more destinations are specified, this report is printed after the fax document is sent to all the destinations.
When an transmission error occurs, the reason for the error is printed in the Result column of the Communication Result Report.
