Checking the contact

Displays a list of contacts.

Check the contacts that have joined the meeting.

Tap a contact name to display a video from the contact in full screen.

Limited Bandwidth Usage

This icon is displayed when you specify [Limited] for [Bandwidth settings].

You can specify whether or not to limit the bandwidth. This setting is useful when you want to prevent an increase in the network line load, limit the amount of data transmitted, or limit the network bandwidth used in a meeting to the absolute minimum

Private meeting

This icon is displayed during a private meeting.

Checking the network bandwidth

Check the amount of network bandwidth available for receiving (Icon illustration) and transmitting (Icon illustration) data.

The bandwidth status indicates whether the network environment satisfies the operating requirements. It also helps you determine whether meetings can be held normally.

Displaying menu

Tap the screen to display the menu.

For details about the menu, see About the Menu.

Recording notification

When a meeting is recorded by other contacts, "Another Party in Recording" is displayed.

Changing the display of meeting images

  • Used to display video from all connected contacts including yourself. Your video is displayed at the lower right of the screen.

  • The screen layout can be changed by switching the orientation of your device from portrait to landscape or vice versa.

  • Receiving a 360-degree video

    Used to display a 360-degree video if a contact delivers such a video with a RICOH THETA, RICOH R or other external camera. A "360" symbol appears during the display of a 360-degree video.

  • Sharing a computer screen

    Displays a computer screen shared by the other party.

  • Displaying a shared screen in AR mode

    When a contact sharing a screen is delivering a 360-degree video, the shared screen is displayed within the 360-degree video.

    • Drag and drop the shared screen displayed in AR mode to move the shared screen within the 360-degree video.

    • Long-tap and drag one of the four corners of the shared screen displayed in AR mode to enlarge or reduce the size of the shared screen within the 360-degree video.

  • Displaying the images of other parties in full screen

    Double-tap the image of the person you want to display full screen.

    To return to the original display size, double-tap the image again.

    When an image is displayed in full screen, you can reduce or enlarge the image by pinching in and out. You also can move the displayed image by flicking or dragging it.

  • Maximum number of contacts displayed on a screen

    A smart phone can display up to three contacts, and a tablet can display up to four contacts on the screen.

Resetting video display

When tapped, the size and position of the video display windows are reset to their initial state.

Muting the speaker

When tapped, the speaker is muted.

When tapped again, the speaker is unmuted.

Use the volume control on the device to adjust the volume.

Leaving

Leave the meeting.

Muting the microphone

When tapped, the microphone is muted.

When tapped again, the microphone is unmuted.

Switching between cameras

Used to switch between the front camera and rear camera, or disable the cameras (OFF).

When a RICOH THETA, RICOH R or other external camera is connected, a video taken with the external camera is used.
