Network Settings for Ethernet and Wireless LAN

Make the following network settings according to the network interface you are using.

The following table shows the settings that can be specified and their default factory values.

The following example explains how to allocate an IPv4 address.

1Press the [User Tools] key.

2Press [Login].

3Enter the login password, and then press the [OK] key.

4Press the [Up arrow key] or [Down arrow key] key to display [System Settings], and then press the [OK] key.

5Press the [Up arrow key] or [Down arrow key] key to display [Interface Settings], and then press the [OK] key.

6Press the [Up arrow key] or [Down arrow key] key to display [Network], and then press the [OK] key.

7Press the [Up arrow key] or [Down arrow key] key to display [Machine IPv4 Address], and then press the [OK] key.

8Press the [Up arrow key] or [Down arrow key] key to display [Specify], and then press [IP Add.].

The current IP address appears on the display.

9Press the number keys to specify values in each field, and then press the [OK] key.

To get an IP address for the machine, contact your network administrator.

10Specify "Subnet Mask" in the same way.

11After you have made all the settings, press the [OK] key.

The specified settings are set and the initial screen reappears.

12Press the [Escape] key.

13Turn the machine off.
