General Features

You can register text phrases you often use when specifying settings, such as ".com" and "Regards". You can register up to 40 entries.

The beeper (key tone) sounds when a key is pressed.

Default: [Medium]

Specify the mode to be displayed immediately after the operation switch is turned on, or when System Reset mode is turned on.

Default: [Home]

You can change the screen color.

Default: [Blue-gray]

Specify a tray to which documents are delivered. When a finisher is installed, [Finisher Upper Tray] and [Finisher Shift Tray] are displayed.

Default: [Standard Tray]

If you select a setting that uses the finisher, the job might not be delivered to the specified output tray.

• If you select stapling or punching, the job will be delivered to the finisher upper tray or the finisher shift tray.

• If you select shift-sorting, the job will be delivered to the finisher shift tray.

• If you select center stapling, the job will be delivered to the finisher booklet tray.

You can enable or disable repetition of an operation if a key on the screen or control panel is pressed continuously.

Default: [Normal]

You can switch the measurement between [mm] and [inch] when you specify a custom size on the control panel.

Specify how long to display the System Status and Job List display for.

When the setting is [On], you can specify a display time between 10 and 999 seconds in 1 second increments using the number keys.
