Memory/Class

The Memory/Class function is useful especially for people such as teachers, who often have to make different numbers of prints from the same original for different classes, or have to make the same number of prints from a number of different originals for the same class.

The following modes are available under the Memory/Class function:

Class Mode

Use this mode to make prints from one original for multiple classes, with the same number of prints for each class.

Memory Mode

You can choose from the following two modes:

  • Normal Memory Mode

    Use this mode to make prints from a number of different originals. A different number of prints is made from each original.

  • Stack Memory Mode

    Use this mode to make prints from one original, so that a different number of prints can be made for each class.

Note

  • You can specify either Normal Memory Mode or Stack Memory Mode as the default. See 4 Mode Setting.

Recall

Use this to recall settings that you have stored under Memory Mode and Class Mode.

Select Department Mode

  • All

    Use this to make prints from the same original for all registered departments.

  • Department

    Select to make prints from the same original for selected departments only.

Note

  • If the want to limit the use of this machine to school or college, you can choose to have this mode displayed [Select Class/Year] as instead of [Select Department]. For details see 2 Set Operat'n Mode.
