[Preview] screen under the Document Server function

This section explains the items that appear on the [Preview] screen and how to preview stored documents.

The [Preview] screen denotes the screen that allows confirming contents of the scanned documents.

To preview stored documents, select the documents you want to preview on the initial Document Server display, press [Confirm/Change], and then press [Preview].

  1. [][][][]

    Moves the display area in the direction indicated by the arrow.

  2. [Exit]

    Closes the preview display.

  3. File Name

    Displays the file name.

  4. [Switch Display File]

    If you have selected two or more files for preview, press this key to switch between them.

  5. Page Size

    Displays the page size.

  6. [Switch Display Page]

    Flips the page of the selected file.

  7. Zoom in and out

    Scales the displayed page down or up.

  8. Display Position

    Indicates the location of the displayed preview image when the image is enlarged.

Note

  • When the preview is already selected from another function, the preview screen function may become unusable.

  • The preview display is also not available if the image file is corrupt. Store it again, then.
