Common Troubleshooting
If trouble occurs, first check the following.
Check if the specified paper length matches that of the loaded paper.
Yes | Go to the next step. |
No | Specify the paper size correctly, and then load the paper. |
Check if the side fences and end fence of the paper feed tray are positioned correctly.

Measure the paper curl.
If the curl exceeds the acceptable range, decurl the paper.
If the curl is within the acceptable range, go to the next step.

Check if the paper is curled upward or downward.
Yes | Load the sheets the other way up. |
No | Go to the next step. |
Fan the paper.
