13 mm (0.5 inches) Wide Roller Marks Appearing on the Leading Edge of Paper Delivered Face Down
13 mm (0.5 inches) wide roller marks (two roller marks) appear in the area within 110 mm (4.3 inches) from the leading edge of the paper delivered face down.

Switchback
Cause:
When paper is continuously fed face-down, the contact/separation roller of the exit switchback roller becomes stained as it repeats contact and separation, and the stain adheres to the paper when the contact/separation roller comes into contact with the paper.
Occurrence conditions:
This is prone to occur when halftone images are printed.
Solution:
Clean the switchback roller.
