How to Use the Settings Screen
Setting Items | Description |

Volume | Adjust the volume of the sound played on the machine.

Touch/Notification Sound | Specify the sound pattern when the screen is pressed.
|
Invalid Operation Sound | Specify the sound pattern when an invalid operation is performed.
|
Operation Completed Sound | Specify the sound pattern when an operation is completed.
|
Copy: Job Done Sound | Specify the sound pattern when the copy job is completed.
|
Fax Printing Ended Sound | Specify the sound pattern when the fax print is completed.
|
Fax Transmission Ended Sound | Specify the sound pattern when a fax transmission is completed.
|
Fax Reception Ended Sound | Specify the sound pattern when a fax reception is completed.
|
Login Sound | Specify the sound pattern when a login is performed.
|
Logout Sound | Specify the sound pattern when a logout is performed.
|
Warm-up Sound | Specify the sound pattern when the machine is ready to be used.

Auto Reset Sound | Specify the sound pattern when no operation has been performed for a certain period.

Caution Sound | Specify the sound pattern for situations such as when the paper tray runs out.

Copy: Forgot Original Sound | Specify the sound pattern when an original to copy is left on the machine.

Scanner: Forgot Original Sound | Specify the sound pattern when an original to scan is left on the machine.

Fax: Forgot Original Sound | Specify the sound pattern when an original to send by fax is left on the machine.

Warning Sound | Specify the sound pattern when an operation is suspended.

Blank Page Detected Sound | Specify the sound pattern when the scanned document is blank.

Adjust Sound Volume (Fax) | Adjust the volume of the sound emitted from the speaker when pressing On Hook or while a transmission or reception is in progress.
