How to Use the Settings Screen
Setting Items | Description | |

Quick Operation Key (This setting item is enabled only when [Fax (Classic)] is used.) | Register a frequently used function to a Quick Operation Key. You can register up to three Quick Operation Keys.

Switch Title | Specify a title to classify the destinations in the Address Book so that you can find a destination more easily.

Search Destination | Specify the target in which to search for a destination. You can select from the Address Book of the machine or the registered LDAP server.

Communication Page Count | You can view the total number of sent and received pages on the screen.

Adjust Sound Volume | Adjust the volume of the sound emitted from the speaker when pressing On Hook or while a transmission or reception is in progress.

On Hook Mode Release Time | Specify the time to wait after pressing [On Hook] before disconnecting the line. This setting is useful when a call to a fax information service made by on-hook dialing is disconnected prematurely.

Delete Recent Destinations | Select this to delete all destinations in Recent Destinations. | |
Report Output Settings | Report Auto Print Settings | Specify whether to automatically print reports.

Report Contents Settings | Specify whether to include the faxed image, destination name, and sender's name in the reports.
