This section describes the settings in [Counter].
How to Use the Settings Screen
Setting Items | Description |

Print Counter List | You can print the counter list. |
Display/Print Counter | You can view and print the counter for each function. The coverage counter that is displayed as an item in the counter information shows the amount of toner actually used as a ratio of the printed area, assuming the amount used when filling the entire page is 100%.  When printing a page in color, the counter value indicates the sum of the coverage ratio of each color.  |
Display/Clear/Print Counter per User | You can view and print the function counter per user. You can clear the counter value. |
Eco-friendly Counter Period/Administrator Message | Specify the count period of the eco-friendly counter or the displayed contents on the Information screen. Default setting is not to display the Information screen. |
Display/Clear Eco-friendly Counter | You can view and clear Eco-friendly Counter of the machine. When User Code authentication is activated or no user authentication is activated on the machine, the Information screen is displayed based on the counter. |
Display/Clear Eco-friendly Counter per User | You can view and clear Eco-friendly Counter of all users. When Basic authentication, Windows authentication, or LDAP authentication is activated on the machine, the Information screen is displayed based on the counter. |
