2. Check that RICOH Printer skills are enabled

If Alexa replies: "You can make simple settings for copy, scan and fax, and you can activate the applications on the home screen. For example if you say “copy” the copy application will activate.":

RICOH Printer skills are enabled. Go to 3. Check the connection between the RICOH multifunction printer and AWS.

If the Alexa response differs from the above or there is no response:

RICOH Printer skills are not enabled. Enable the RICOH Printer skills on the AWS Management Console. Then, if Alexa replies: "You can make simple settings for copy, scan and fax, and you can activate the applications on the home screen. For example if you say “copy” the copy application will activate.", go to 3. Check the connection between the RICOH multifunction printer and AWS.
