1. Check the connection between the smart speaker and Amazon Alexa
Ask Amazon Echo ”Alexa, what is the weather today?”
If Alexa responds with the weather, the smart speaker and Amazon Alexa are correctly connected. Go to 2. Check that RICOH Printer skills are enabled.
If Alexa responds with a communication error, the smart speaker and Amazon Alexa are not connected. The lamp on the smart speaker lights orange. Check the following items.
See the smart speaker manual and check that the smart speaker is correctly connected.
Check the AWS console if the smart speaker is correctly connected in Alexa for Business.
If Alexa responds with the weather, go to 2. Check that RICOH Printer skills are enabled.
