Pull the extension tray out from the finisher shift tray, and attach the SR5000 series output tray for banner sheet.
In the [Finishing: Finisher 1] group on the [Adjustment Settings for Operators] menu, select 0632: [Output Fan Setting].
Is the sheet delivered with the printed side facing down?
Yes |
Select [Output Fan Setting] to [Off]. |
No |
Select [Output Fan Setting] to [On]. |
Print the image. Is the problem resolved?
Yes |
