Printing the Records Automatically
The contents of the records printed automatically are deleted after printing. Keep the records if you require a record of transmissions and receptions.
You can specify whether the records are automatically printed after every 50 communications in [Auto Print Fax Records] on the Fax Features menu. See General Settings.
Depending on security settings, the records are not automatically printed.
