Changing the Owner of a Document
Use this procedure to change the owner of a document.
Only the file administrator can change the owner of a document.
You can change the owner of a document using a web browser from networked computers. (We use Web Image Monitor installed on this machine.)
Open a web browser from a networked computer, and then log in to Web Image Monitor as the file administrator.

Point to [Print Job/Stored File], and then click [Printer: Print Jobs].
Click the Details icon of the Stored Print file for which you want to change the owner.
Click [Change] for "Owner".
In "Select Owner", click the user you want to be the owner.
Click [OK].
Log out.
