Resetting the Administrator's Password
You can reset the administrator's password using a web browser from networked computers. (We use Web Image Monitor installed on this machine.)
Open a web browser from a networked computer, and then log in to Web Image Monitor as the supervisor.
For details about how to log in, see Administrator Login Method.
Point to [Device Management], and then click [Configuration].
Click [Program/Change Administrator] under "Device Settings".
Click [Change] next to "Login Password" under the administrator whose password you want to reconfigure.
Enter the login password in [New Password].
Re-enter the login password in [Confirm Password], and then click [OK].
Click [OK].
Log out.

The supervisor can change the administrators' login passwords but not their login user names.
