Supervisor
The supervisor is a user with a login user name that is different from the ones specified for administrators. By logging in as the supervisor, you can delete an administrator's password and specify a new one.
If an administrator forgets or changes his or her password, the supervisor can assign a new password to the administrator. If you log in using the supervisor's user name and password, you cannot use normal functions or specify system settings. The methods for logging in and out are the same as those for administrators. See Administrator Login Method and Administrator Logout Method.
Be sure not to forget the supervisor login user name and password. If you forget them, a service representative will have to return the machine to its default state. This will result in the machine setting data, counters, logs and other data being lost. The service call may not be free of charge.
