Solution:

Reduce the number of sheets to be stapled.

1In [Adjustment Settings for Operators], 06: [Finishing: Finisher], select 0658: [Number of Sheets Align for Stapling] and then set the number of sheets to align for the paper size to "1".

Also, select 0670: [Paper Alignment Gap for Stapling] and set the alignment gap to +2 mm or more.

2Print the image. Is the problem resolved?

Yes

If the problem persists even after setting the alignment gap to the maximum value, contact your service representative.

Note

  • If the number of sheets to be stapled is reduced, paper alignment will take longer, compromising the machine's throughput.
