Solution:

Reduce the number of sheets to be stapled.

1In the 06: [Finishing: Finisher] group on the [Adjustment Settings for Operators] menu, select 0604: [Paper Alignment for Stapling: Across Feed] or 0605: [Paper Alignment for Stapling: With Feed], and reduce the number of sheets to be stapled.

2Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?

If the problem persists even though the setting has reached its minimum value, contact your service representative.

Note

  • If the number of sheets to be stapled is reduced, paper alignment will take longer, compromising the machine's throughput.
