Cleaning the Paper Feed Path in the Multi Bypass Tray

Clean the side fences and front guide.

Remove the cover.

Remove one screw.

Remove the plate.

Remove one screw and slide the bracket.

Remove the paper feed rollers as follows:

(1) Snap ring and pick-up roller

(2) Snap ring and feed roller

(3) Snap ring and separation roller

Clean the paper feed rollers.

Attach the paper feed rollers, bracket, plate, and cover in the reverse order from the procedure to remove them.

Release the lock and slide the unit to the right.

Clean the guide plate.

Move the unit back to its original position.
