Cause:

This may occur if:

• Black streaks (A) of width 5 to 6 mm that are denser at the borders: The charge roller is soiled

• Black streaks (B) of width 4 to 10 mm: Uneven density of the lubricant on the drum surface, soiled corona wire of the charge roller
