When copying custom size originals, specify the size of the originals.
In the ADF, originals that have a horizontal length of 128 to 600 mm (5.0 to 23.6 inches) and a vertical length of 105 to 216 mm (4.1 to 8.5 inches) can be placed with this function.
In the ID Card Feeder, originals that have a horizontal length of 84.0–600.0 mm (3.3–23.6 inches) and a vertical length of 54.0–220.0 mm (2.1–8.7 inches) can be placed with this function.
However, the size range of copy paper is limited to 127.0–1260.0 mm (5.0–49.60 inches) horizontally and 64.0–216.0 mm (2.52–8.5 inches) vertically.
Use Carrier Sheet Type P14 when the vertical size is longer than 148 mm (5.8 inches).
