Log in as the administrator from Web Image Monitor.
Point to [Device Management], and then click [Configuration].
Click [Import/Export Device Setting Information] under “Device Settings”.
Select [Include] or [Exclude] in [Import of equipment peculiar information].
Unique equipment information includes the IP address, host name, and other information.
Select [On] or [Off] in [Download Import Result File].
Click [Change] in "Encryption Key".
Enter [Encryption Key].
Re-enter the Encryption Key in “Confirm Encryption Key”, and then click [OK].
Click [Choose File] in "File to Import", and then select the file you obtained.
Click [Run Import].
Click [OK].
The printer restarts.
If import or export fails, you can check the log for the error. The log is stored in the same location as the exported device setting information file.
