Register an IC card or a smart device to a user registered in the machine’s address book.
When holding an IC card over the reader, align the card's orientation to the mark displayed on the label.
Hold only one IC card or one smart device over the reader at a time.
While the Quick Card Authentication function is activated, the authentication screen is displayed. Hold an unregistered IC card over as indicated by the label, or hold a smart device over the control panel.
Enter the login user name and password of the user you want to register to the IC card or the smart device, and then press [Register].
The IC card or the smart device is registered to the user.
Press [Exit].
If you register an IC card or a smart device to a user registered to another card or device, the user registration to it is canceled.
