The solution for Paper Misfeed Message (Y) is the same as that for Paper Misfeed Message (A). For details, see Paper Misfeed Message (A).
If the paper is jammed and difficult to see in the paper feed unit, detach the paper feed unit, and then remove the jammed paper.
After removing the jammed paper, press down the paper in the paper feed unit until it clicks at the bottom, and then reattach the paper feed unit carefully.
