You can specify the output mode for receiving fax documents.
There are seven output methods:
Store
Specify whether or not received documents are to be saved on the hard disk.
Forwarding
Specify whether or not received documents are to be forwarded to a registered receiver.
Specify whether or not received documents are to be printed immediately.
Output Mode Switch Timer
Specify the output mode (such as [Print], [Standby to Print], [ID Required Print], [Forwarding] or [Store]) for receiving documents for a specific period.
Prohibit Auto Print
Specify whether or not to store received documents as files in the print queue so that they do not automatically print.
To print files in the print queue, press [Print Standby to Print Files] in [Reception File Settings].
Print Standby to Print Files
Print files that are standing by to print.
Memory Lock Reception
Specify whether or not to activate Memory Lock reception.
Press [Fax Features].
Press [Reception Settings].
Press [Reception File Settings].
Configure the settings for the item you want to register.

Press [Exit].
You cannot change to a different setting if received documents have been stored on the hard disk. To change to different setting, print documents stored on the hard disk if necessary, and then delete them.
