Canceling Printing when Print Settings Do Not Match

If the paper loaded in the paper input location does not match the size or paper type of the paper input location that is specified using the printer driver, the machine automatically cancels printing and displays an error message.

Specify whether to allow printing to resume after the correct paper has been reloaded in the paper input location, or to automatically cancel printing and clear the error.

1Press [Home] (Operation panel screen illustration) at the bottom of the screen in the center.

2Flick the screen to the left, and then press the [User Tools] icon (Operation panel screen illustration).

3Press [Machine Features].

4Press [Printer Features].

5Press the [System] tab.

6Press [Auto Continue].

7Select [Off], or specify the time the machine waits for before printing is canceled.

When an error occurs, the machine resumes printing after the correct paper has been loaded in the paper input location if [Off] is selected.

The machine waits for the specified period of time, and then it automatically cancels printing when the time has elapsed.

8Press [OK].

9Press [User Tools] (Operation panel screen illustration) on the top right of the screen.

10Press [Home] (Operation panel screen illustration) at the bottom of the screen in the center.
