This section describes the User Tools in [General Settings/Adjust] under [Fax Features].

Adjust Sound Volume

You can adjust the sound volume during On Hook Mode and Manual Transmission. You can select from "no sound", "low", "middle", and "high".

Default: [middle]

Program Fax Information

Register the sender details that appear on the recipient's fax machine and faxed document.

On Hook Release Time

When a certain period of time elapses after you press the [On Hook Dial] key, the line will be disconnected. This period of time is called "On Hook Release Time". You can configure the On Hook Release Time settings.

Default: [3 minutes]
