To prevent broadcast errors, you can configure the machine to force the user to press [Add Dest] before adding another destination.
If you want to enable this function, turn on the User Parameter (switch 17, bit 2) in [Parameter Setting] under [Fax Features]. For details, see Parameter Settings.
When this function is activated, a message prompting you to press [Add Dest] will appear when you try to add another destination without pressing [Add Dest]. Press [Exit] and try again.
