This section explains how to select a destination from the address book.
To use this function, you must first register the destinations in [Address Book Management]. For details, see "Registering Addresses and Users for Facsimile/Scanner Functions", Connecting the Machine/System Settings for details.
You can use the following methods to search for destinations in the address book:
Searching for a destination by the name
Searching for a destination in the list
Searching for a destination by the registration number
Searching for a destination by the fax number
