Copier Features

Duplex Mode Priority

You can select the type of the Duplex function effective when the machine is turned on, reset, or modes are cleared.

Default: [1 Sided 1 Sided]

  • 1 Sided 1 Sided

  • 1 Sided 2 Sided

  • 2 Sided 2 Sided (SP 3610SF only)

Orientation

You can select the original orientation when using the Duplex, Combine, and Series function.

Default: [Do not Specify]

  • Do not Specify

    The original orientation is Unreadable and copy orientation is Top to Top, and cannot be changed.

  • Always Specify

    You can specify the original and copy orientation for each Duplex, Combine, and Series copy job.

Max. Number of Sets

The maximum copy quantity can be set between 1 and 999 using the number keys.

Default: [99 sets]

Reproduction Ratio

You can specify the enlargement and reduction ratios that appear if [R/E] is pressed on the copier screen.

Region A icon(mainly Europe and Asia)

  • 50% (A4 A6)

  • 71% (A4 A5,)

  • 93%

  • 100%

  • 141% (A5 A4)

  • 200% (A6 A4)

  • User R/E Ratio (25–400%)

Region B icon(mainly North America)

  • 65% (81/2 × 11 51/2 × 81/2)

  • 78% (81/2 × 14 81/2 × 11)

  • 93%

  • 100%

  • 129% (51/2 × 81/2 81/2 × 11)

  • 155% (51/2 × 81/2 81/2 × 14)

  • User R/E Ratio (25–400%)

Preset R/E Priority

You can select the ratio with priority when [R/E] is pressed.

Default:

Region A icon(mainly Europe and Asia)

[71%]

Region B icon(mainly North America)

[65%]

Auto Sort

You can select whether or not to activate the Sort function when modes are reset.

Default: [Off]

Quality/Speed Priority

You can select the resolution for copy jobs.

Default: [Speed Priority]

  • Speed Priority

    The machine copies originals set in the ADF to 300 x 300 dpi and those set on the exposure glass to 300 x 600 dpi.

  • Quality Priority

    The machine copies originals set in the ADF to 300 x 600 dpi and those set on the exposure glass to 600 x 600 dpi.
