Deleting Stored Documents

Press [Prt.Jobs] on the printer's control panel, and then select setting items using the [Up arrow key ] or [Down arrow key ] key.

1Select the type of document to delete Press [Job List]

  • Select [Sample Print Jobs] to delete a Sample Print file.

  • Select [Locked Print Jobs] to delete a Locked Print file.

  • Select [Hold Print Jobs] to delete a Hold Print file.

  • Select [Stored Print Jobs] to delete a Stored Print file.

2Select the files you want to delete Press [Delete]

  • To delete a Locked Print file, enter the password using the scroll keys, and then press [OK].

  • To delete a password-protected Stored Print file, enter the password using the scroll keys, and then press [OK].

3Press [Yes]

1Press the [Printer] icon on the [Home] screen.

2Select the file you want to delete.

You can simultaneously select all files of the same type by pressing [All Jobs] after selecting a file.

3Press [Delete].

  • To delete a Locked Print file, enter the password using the number keys, and then press [OK].

    If multiple print files are selected, files that correspond to the entered password are deleted. The number of files to be deleted is displayed on the confirmation screen.

  • To delete a password-protected Stored Print file, enter the password using the number keys, and then press [OK].

    If multiple print files are selected, and some of these require a password, files that correspond to the entered password and do not require a password are deleted. The number of files to be deleted is displayed on the confirmation screen.

4Press [Yes].
