Changing the print time of a hold print file

This function is available for SP 4520DN only.

The print time for the Hold Print files stored in the printer can be changed using the control panel. You can also set or cancel the print time for a Hold Print file.

Press the [Printer] icon on the [Home] screen.

Select the Hold Print file for which you want to change the print time.

[Print Jobs] tab [Hold Jobs] Select a job

Change the print time.

[Other Settngs] [Set Prt.Tm.] Enter the print time using the numeric keys [OK]

To cancel the print time, press [Cancel].
