Printing from the job type list

SP 4510DN

Press [Prt.Jobs] on the printer's control panel, and then select setting items using the [Up arrow key ] or [Down arrow key ] key.

1Select the type of document to print Press [Job List]

  • Select [Sample Print Jobs] to print a Sample Print file.

  • Select [Locked Print Jobs] to print a Locked Print file.

  • Select [Hold Print Jobs] to print a Hold Print file.

  • Select [Stored Print Jobs] to print a Stored Print file.

2Select the files you want to print Press [Print]

  • To print a Locked Print file, enter the password using the scroll keys, and then press [OK].

  • To print a password-protected Stored Print file, enter the password using the scroll keys, and then press [OK].

  • If you want to change the number of copies of a Sample Print file or a Stored Print file, specify the number in the [Quantity] box.

3Press [Print]

Note

  • The print files that are printed or deleted using Web Image Monitor after you have selected them using the control panel will appear in [Job List]. However, an error message will appear if you try to print or delete those files.

  • You can set or delete a password after sending Stored Print files to the printer. Select the file and press [Change] in the Print Job List screen. To set a password, enter the new password. To delete the password, leave the password box blank when entering or confirming the new password, and press the [OK] key.

  • To stop printing after printing has started, press the [Job Reset] key. The files other than Stored Print files will be deleted if the [Job Reset] key is pressed.

1Press the [Printer] icon on the [Home] screen.

2Press the [Print Jobs] tab.

3Select the type of document to print.

  • Press [Sample Jobs] to print a Sample Print file.

  • Press [Locked Jobs] to print a Locked Print file.

  • Press [Hold Jobs] to print a Hold Print file.

  • Press [Stored Jobs] to print a Stored Print file.

4Select the type of document you want to print.

You can select all the Sample Print files at once by pressing [All Jobs] after selecting a file.

5Press [Preview] to check the print image of the document as necessary.

6Press [Print].

  • To print a Locked Print file, enter the password using the number keys, and then press [OK].

    If multiple print files are selected, files that correspond to the entered password are printed. The number of files to be printed is displayed on the confirmation screen.

  • To print a password-protected Stored Print file, enter the password using the number keys, and then press [OK].

    If multiple print files are selected, and some of these require a password, files that correspond to the entered password and do not require a password are printed. The number of files to be printed is displayed on the confirmation screen.

7To change the print settings of the document, press [Det.Settings].

8To change the number of copies, press [Change], and then enter a new number using the number keys.

9Press [Resume Prt.].

Note

  • If you change the number of copies when multiple documents are selected, the newly specified number of copies will be printed for all of the selected documents. If you do not change the number, the number of copies specified when the documents were stored will be printed for each document.

  • If printing of a Hold Print file is scheduled at a certain time and you want to print the file before the time specified, print the document using the control panel.

  • To stop printing after printing has started, press [Exit] until the printer screen appears, and then press [Job Reset] or the [Suspend] key. The file will be deleted.
