Specifying the proxy server

To use a proxy server to connect to a server, do the following settings.

If user authentication is enabled, settings in Operation panel screen illustration can be configured for each user that is logged in.

This procedure is not necessary if you are not going to use a proxy server.

1Press the [Browser] icon on the [Home] screen.

2Press Operation panel screen illustration, and then specify the proxy server settings.

[Use Proxy Server] [On] Press the key of the setting items you want to change Specify the settings [OK]

You can specify the following settings:

  • Proxy Server Name

  • Proxy Port

  • Proxy User Name

  • Proxy Password

  • Exceptional Addresses

3Press [OK].
